If the Obama administration has their way all cell phone users will loose their privacy.

In a move designed to confuse those of us who routinely bash the ACLU, they, the ACLU, are arguing the case before the 3rd circuit court on our behalf. On grounds of lost privacy. The government argues that we should have no expectation of privacy while using a cell phone. Really?

Shit, what's the world coming to when the ACLU starts to make sense?   Shocked
